Introduction to the IYRES e-Procurement System

The IYRES e-Procurement System (https://www.tenderwizard.my/IYRES) is an electronic procurement platform that enables suppliers to offer supplies, services, and works to the Malaysian Institute for Research in Youth Development (IYRES) through tawaran perolehan secara tender, sebut harga and kajian pasaran.

The IYRES e-Procurement System operates on the Tender Wizard platform, which serves as the appointed service provider. The services available through the IYRES e-Procurement System include:

• Online supplier registration and payment processing.
• Online purchase of tender and quotation documents, including payment processing.
• Online preparation, processing, and submission of tender, quotation, and market survey proposals.
• Dissemination of procurement-related information (e.g., invitation notices, opening notifications, and results announcement) via the registered email address.

During the phased implementation of the IYRES Sistem e-Procurement, all tender, sebut harga and kajian pasaran notices will clearly indicate whether the procurement exercise is to be conducted via the IYRES e-Procurement System. Suppliers are advised to regularly monitor the system for updates relating to procurement notices, opening information, and the outcomes of tender, sebut harga and kajian pasaran.

Suppliers are required to register with the IYRES e-Procurement System in order to participate in tender, sebut harga and kajian pasaran offered by IYRES, as well as to access other related facilities and services available through the system.

Suppliers must ensure that all information provided during the registration process is complete, accurate, and supported by the relevant supporting documents to ensure the integrity of the information submitted. IYRES reserves the right to disable or suspend any registered supplier account if the information provided is found to be false, inaccurate, or misleading.

Each registration shall remain valid for a period of one (1) year (12 months) from the date of registration, and registration renewal shall be undertaken on an annual basis.

A service fee of RM150.00 per annum will be charged by the service provider for the services rendered through the IYRES e-Procurement System.

Suppliers may obtain procurement documents online for tender, sebut harga and kajian pasaran conducted through the IYRES e-Procurement System. The price of the procurement documents shall be based on the amount stipulated in the relevant Invitation Notice, where applicable.

Suppliers who are successfully awarded procurement contracts for the supply of goods, services, or works thorugh the IYRES e-Procurement System shall be subject to a service fee based on the contract value, in accordance with the prescribed rate and maximum fee limit.

Suppliers registered with the IYRES e-Procurement System will receive notifications regarding procurement notices, opening information, and the results of tender, sebut harga and kajian pasaran via their registered email addresses.

For suppliers who have not yet registered with the IYRES e-Procurement System, tender, sebut harga and kajian pasaran notices may be viewed through the LATEST TENDER/QUOTATION ADVERTISEMENT link.
